SALE OF INVESTMENT SHARES
APF VENTURE CAPITAL CR s.r.o. is part of the APF GROUP, which has long focused on investments in agricultural land, financing of agricultural projects and, more recently, its own agricultural production. APF GROUP has already completed more than 2,000 transactions with agricultural land worth more than CZK 1.5 billion, owns land with a total area of more than 820 hectares and also manages client portfolios worth more than CZK 880 million.
Due to further expansion in the domestic market and the feasible possibility of developing the company's business, it was decided to sell 30% of the company's shares to new investors. In connection with the investment, the company plans to raise CZK 150,000,000 for the expansion of its business, primarily for further purchase of agricultural land and financing of agricultural projects within the APF GROUP. The funds raised from the investors will be contributed to APF VENTURE CAPITAL CR s.r.o. in the form of a share capital increase.
The basic value of the investment share (1%) is CZK 5,000,000. The minimum value of the investment share (0.1% and multiples thereof) is CZK 500,000.
The guaranteed annual profit share is 8%. At the same time, a pre-emption right will be negotiated in favour of APF REAL ESTATE GROUP CR s.r.o.
From 1.9.2024 we have started free sale for all types of investors (internal, external, retail, institutional, etc.).
The total value of the investment shares requested and the order in which the written claim is submitted shall determine the entitlement to purchase the Company's investment shares.
